PAYMENT METHODS
What are they?
On our site you can use the following payment methods: Paypal, Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit, debit or prepaid cards.
PayPal
In the case of purchasing goods with PayPal payment method (fast and secure payment system of the eBay group), the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can complete the order and make the payment by accessing his account (entering the personal email address and password) or by creating a new account easily and immediately.
By choosing to pay with PayPal the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed.
For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent from PayPal. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Klarna
Klarna allows you to split your payment into 3 convenient installments.
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may pass your personal data in the form of contact details and order details to Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess your suitability for their payment methods and personalize those payment methods. Your personal data transferred is treated in line with Klarna's privacy policy.
Credit card
In the case of purchase of goods with the payment method Credit Card, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.
Credit card transactions are handled by PCI-compliant Shopify Payments and support for 3D Secure checkout.
The amount relating to the goods shipped is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the order.
Mark
Cash on delivery involves an extra charge of 5.00 Euro. If you choose to pay on delivery, the order will be paid only upon delivery by courier. This method is deactivated during sales periods.
Please note: the courier will ONLY accept cash (no cheques or credit/debit card payments will be accepted).
Advance Bank Transfer and Mybank Transfers
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the shipment of the ordered goods will only take place upon actual crediting to the current account of LAR ITALIA srl Unipersonale, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled. If you have an online bank account, you can access your bank's counter directly, through MyBank, from the Gestpay application. The transfer, with this procedure, is immediate. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier, which is released in the order confirmation email.

Shipping costs
How much do they cost?
Shipping costs are free for deliveries made in Italy for receipts over €149 (VAT included); otherwise a transport cost of €6.90 will be charged.
Delivery times
Orders generally take 5/8 working days plus delivery times that are managed directly by the couriers. If the goods are available immediately, they will certainly take less than 5 days.
Has my order been shipped?
After shipping the package, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number of our courier.
Is it possible to collect my online order in store?
This option is only available at the Gaglianico (BI) store .
Can I change the delivery address?
If you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, we recommend that you contact us promptly at our e-commerce customer service or via chat.
Can I change or cancel an order after purchase?
To change or cancel your order, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible, who will propose the best solution.

Can I return or exchange the size of items?
You can return the items ordered and receive a refund. In case of the wrong size, you must return them and place a new order with the desired size.

The return is at the customer's expense (as per the policy on the site).

How to check the availability of an item?
All items online have up-to-date stock. Sizes that cannot be ordered are sold out.
What is the Drop?
The drop is a sartorial measurement used mainly for suits and jackets that indicates the difference between the semi-circumference of the chest and the semi-circumference of the waist. For example, for a size 50 suit with a chest of 100 cm, in Drop7 the waist will be given by 100:2 = 50 -7 = 43 cm (semi-waist of trousers; if in Drop6 the semi-waist would be 50-6 = 44 cm. The higher the drop, the slimmer the suit becomes.

How should I measure my shirt?
The measurement of the shirt must be made taking into account the measurement of the neck, expressed in cm, plus one centimeter of play. The choice must however be made based on the fit, divided between:
- SLIM, with pleats sewn on the back and fitted
- INTERMEDIATE, with a regular fit without being too tight
- CUSTOM with a slightly slimmer fit than the Intermediate
- CLASSIC, with a comfortable fit and wide volumes, with open gussets on the back
What does a size M correspond to?
For MEN, the size scale relates an M to a size 48, an L to a size 50 and the others follow.
For WOMEN, the size scale relates an M to a size 42, an L to a size 46 and the others follow.
What is 100s?
The definition of super 100s, or 120 or 140s, refers to the fineness of the yarn: the higher it is, the finer and more valuable the fabric.

How do I regulate jackets and coats?
All outerwear items take into account the bulk so consider your usual size, unless otherwise indicated in the item.
How do I measure the belt?
In our belts, the measurement is given by the double size of the trousers. For example, if I have a size 52, the measurement of my belt will be 105 cm (52x2= 104). Consider the next size up if you want it longer (almost all of them are adjustable with a screw).
Fit
They are divided into: regular, slim or comfortable. The type of fit is indicated in the title and description.

How to proceed with the purchase?
After adding the desired products to the cart, you can proceed with the purchase by selecting one of the payment methods provided and entering your data or by logging in.
How do I know if my order has been registered?
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
How to check shipping status?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking of your package, you will be able to check its progress directly on the carrier's portal.
How can I request an invoice for my order?

Is it mandatory to have an account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to create an account to purchase on the site.
It is possible to make your purchase as a guest, but it is still advisable to register to stay up to date on Angelico news and take advantage of all the benefits .
