On our website you can take advantage of the following payment methods: Paypal, Scalapay, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards.

Payment by cash on delivery involves an extra charge of 5.00 Euro. If you choose cash on delivery, the order placed will be paid only upon delivery by courier. This method is deactivated during sales periods.

Please note: the courier will ONLY accept cash (no checks or credit/debit card payment will be accepted).

In case of payment by Advanced Bank Transfer, the shipment of the order occurs only when the actual crediting on the current account of L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically cancelled. If you have an online bank account, you can access directly at the counter of your bank, through MyBank, from the Gestpay application. The transfer with this procedure is immediate. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier, which is issued in the order confirmation e-mail.

In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank of reference provides to authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase made.

In case of purchasing goods with PayPal payment method (which is a fast and secure payment system of the eBay group), the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can complete the order and make the payment by accessing his account (by entering the personal e-mail address and password) or by creating a new current account easily and immediately.

By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects the buyer’s information as no financial information is passed.

A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent with each transaction made by this method. The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account when the order is taken. In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

Shipping costs are free of charge, for deliveries within Italy for receipts over €149 (vat included); otherwise, a shipping cost of €6.90 will be charged.

Orders generally take 5 to 8 working days plus delivery time, which is handled directly by couriers. If the merchandise is available immediately it will take less than 5 days.

After shipping the package, we will email confirmation with the tracking number of our courier company.

This option is only available at the Gaglianico (BI) store.

In case you made a mistake in entering your shipping information, we recommend that you contact us promptly at our e-commerce customer service or via chat.

It is possible to return the ordered garments and receive a refund. In case of wrong size is given opportunity to replace the ordered garment only with an equal and different size garment

For returns or size substitutions, you must log in to your personal area using the same e-mail you entered during order confirmation.

Once you are logged in, you can select the order for which you want to request a return and proceed.

Returns are borne by the customer (as per policy on the website).

- In the case of return and refund you may use our carrier’s special rate or a carrier of your choice.

- In the case of return and size replacement you must use a carrier of your choice (you cannot use ours) and the requested size replacement will be sent at our charge.

Drop is a sartorial measurement used mainly for suits and jackets that stands for the difference between the chest and waist semi-circumference. Example for a suit in size 50 with a chest of 100cm, in Drop 7 the waist would be given by 100:2 = 50 – 7 = 43cm (semi-waist pants; while in Drop 6 the semi-waist would be 50 – 6 = 44cm). The higher the drop, the slimmer the dress becomes with broad shoulders and dry at the hips (inverted triangle) We therefore recommend

·  Drop 7 for slender physiques

·  Drop 7 long for slender physiques with height above 190cm and long arms

·  Drop 6 for regular builds

·  CUSTOM , an intermediate fit between Drop 6 and Drop 7.

·  Drop 4/Comfort for those with abundant waist and chest

Once you have identified the Drop, you can check your size by comparing the sizes in each item under “size guide”.

The measurement of the shirt should be made considering the measurement of the neck, expressed in cm, plus one centimeter. However, the choice should be made according to the fit, divided between:

• SLIM, with pence sewn on the back and slouchy
  
• INTERMEDIATE, with regular fit without being too tight
  
• CUSTOM with a slightly tighter fit than intermediate
  
• CLASSIC with a snug fit and wide volumes, with open gussets in the back

For MEN, the size scale relates an M to a size 48, the L to a size 50, and the others follow.

For WOMEN, the size scale relates an M to a size 42, the L to a size 46, and follow the others.

The definition of super 100s, or 120s or 140s, refers to the fineness of the yarn: the higher the salt, the finer and more valuable the fabric.

All jackets and coats take into account the bulk so consider the usual size unless otherwise stated in the item.

In our belt, the measurement is given by the double pant size. Example if I have a size 52, the measurement will be 105 cm (52x2=104). Consider possibly the larger size if you want it longer (they are almost adjustable with screws).

They are divided into: regular, slim or comfortable. The type of fit is indicated in the title and description.
