INTRODUCTION
THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS GENERAL CONDITIONS) GOVERN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE PRODUCTS MARKETED (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS PRODUCTS) BY L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale (LANIFICIO ANGELICO RETAIL) ON THIS WEBSITE. THE CONTRACT OF SALE IS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale (SELLER) AND THE BUYER (CUSTOMER, BUYER, BUYER OR USER), ALSO DEFINED PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the prices of the products published by L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale must be understood to include VAT calculated in the percentage foreseen by current regulations. The prices of products from time to time published by L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale cancel and replace the previous ones without the need for explicit and specific specification and in case the sale of the products is subject to the actual availability of the products themselves and the acceptance of the purchase order by the seller.
Products are not supplied on trial. L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale provides appropriate information on the characteristics of the products in accordance with current regulations, however, the Customer is solely responsible for the choice of products ordered. It is also understood that the images of the Products are indicative and not binding with respect to the actual characteristics of the goods ordered.
Any special offers promoted by L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale are to be considered available only until stocks are exhausted without the need for prior notice and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the relevant products at L.A.R. Italy srl Unipersonale. The special offers proposed by L.A.R. Italia srl Unipersonale cannot be combined with each other. Gift or special offer products may be in promotional packaging (packaging means boxes, online manuals, etc.).
If a special offer promoted by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale provides for the sending of a free product together with one or more products purchased, the Customer shall be entitled to such free product only if the same has been expressly requested by the Customer in the order sent to L.A.R.. ITALIA srl Unipersonale and in any case the product will be sent until stocks are exhausted. In case of exhaustion of stock, the customer will not be entitled to any replacement product of the gift itself.
No warranty, assistance or replacement will be provided in relation to any products received as a gift from the Customer by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale.
In case of purchases from the U.S.A, duties for the order will be borne by the company.
For purchases outside the EU, customs duties for the order will be borne by the customer.
Angelico will bear the customs duties in the event of a return.
BAN ON RE-EXPORT TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS
Angelico's goods are covered by a contractual clause prohibiting their re-export to Russia and/or Belarus (Article 12g(1) of Reg. (EU)No. 833/2014 - Article 8g(1) of Reg. (EC) No.765/2006)
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All product purchase orders sent to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order transmitted to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer and, therefore, shall be binding for L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale only if confirmed by the same for acceptance.
The fulfillment of the order by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale shall be equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof. L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale reserves the right not to accept incomplete or not properly filled orders. In case of non-execution of the order by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer) L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale shall inform the Customer as soon as possible, refunding any sums of money already paid by the latter in respect of the non-executed supply, without having to pay any further sum by way of interest or compensation. In this case, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she has no right to claim any compensation and/or indemnity due to the non-delivery of the goods, without prejudice to the reimbursement of any payment made.
The tax documentation relating to the products ordered will be issued by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale at the time of shipment of the products themselves to the Customer. If the Customer has a VAT number and wishes to receive an invoice, he/she must indicate this request in the order expressly. No Invoice will be issued in the presence of additional discounts extra item. In default, L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale will not issue a fiscal invoice.
In order to make purchases, it is not necessary to be registered on the site. Information regarding payment and shipping (See the next two paragraphs), will be requested during the order confirmation. However, by registering, the Customer will be able to take advantage of promotions reserved for registered users and keep up to date with the latest news. The Customer is obliged to provide complete and updated true information. being responsible, for any mendacious or false statement is provided to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale in any capacity.
In case of registration to the site, the Customer is required to keep his username and password confidential and to control access to his computer in order to prevent unauthorized access through his account. being responsible for all activities that will be carried out with his account and password. In the event of a change in your address, email, telephone number, or your personal or business information, you agree to change it by logging into “YOUR ACCOUNT” and editing the “ACCOUNT INFORMATION” (divided into “contact information”, “main billing address” and “main shipping address”) pertaining to your user profile, before placing a new purchase order on this website.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment refers to the amount of the price of the products purchased and the cost of shipping (if applicable, See next paragraph).
There are four payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Advance Bank Transfer, Credit Card and PayPal.
Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery involves an extra charge of 5.00 Euro. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, the order placed will be paid only upon delivery by courier.
Please note: the courier will ONLY accept cash (no checks or credit/debit card payments will be accepted).
With the choice of cash on delivery, the customer undertakes to accept the goods and to make himself available for the withdrawal of the goods; otherwise, L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale reserves the right to charge the recipient the cost of delivery and any stock quantified in a flat rate of 10€ (VAT Incl.) Once the payment is selected and the order is completed, the customer will be contacted by our offices to confirm the willingness to pay cash on delivery, the shipping address and any hours of availability.
In the case of visibly damaged or tampered packages, the customer may refuse to pick up the goods (stating the reasons in writing on the goods delivery form at the time of the delivery attempt by the carrier's operator, and in the presence of the carrier). In this case, the above costs will not be charged to the consignee, subject to verification by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale of the actual state of the packages.
Advance Bank Transfer and Mybank transfers
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the shipment of what was ordered takes place only when the actual crediting on the account of L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled. If you have an online bank account, you can access directly at the counter of your bank, through MyBank, from the Gestpay application. The transfer, with this procedure is immediate. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier, which is issued in the order confirmation email.

Credit Card
In cases of purchase of goods with Credit Card payment method, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank of reference provides to authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase made.
Transactions made by credit card are handled by UNICREDIT PAGONLINE which guarantees through the best encryption technologies (or OTP) the total security of payments.
The amount related to the goods processed is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the order.
PayPal
In cases of purchasing goods with PayPal payment method (fast and secure payment system of the eBay group), the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can complete the order and make the payment by accessing his account (by entering the personal e-mail address and password) or by creating a new account easily and immediately.
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed.
A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent with each transaction made by this method. The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account when the order is taken. In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Klarna
In order to offer Klarna's payment methods to you, at checkout we may transfer your personal information to Klarna in the form of contact and order details so that Klarna can assess your suitability for its payment methods and customize those payment methods. The transferred user's personal data are processed in line with Klarna's privacy policy.
Method of Delivery
The price of the Products is the price resulting from the Price List published on the site on and before the Order is issued. For all countries, the prices shown include VAT. Additional shipping and delivery costs will be determined based on the type of delivery and the recipient's address. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay taxes, duties and other charges due in his country of residence.
Deliveries are normally made by EXPRESS COURIER.
Expected delivery times are between 5 and 8 working days (excluding orders straddling holidays, which may be delayed by approximately an additional 5 days), unless impediments beyond the control of the courier company itself.
The delivery terms provided by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, while carefully considered, must be understood to be non-binding for The delivery terms provided by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, depending on its actual product availability and/or internal requirements. However, Lanificio Angelico srl does everything in its power to respect these times.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must immediately check that the delivery is complete and correct and inform Lanificio Angelico Retail srl of any problems without delay by writing to: customercare@angelico.it
Any delays in delivery of less than 30 days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.
L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale has the right to make the delivery of products (even relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries without prejudice, in this case, a single charge to the Customer by way of transport costs.
Particular conditions and terms of delivery shall be agreed in advance between the Customer and L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale and accepted in writing by L.A.R. ITALY srl Unipersonale.
Shipping costs are free of charge, for deliveries made in Italy for receipts over 149€ (vat incl); otherwise a shipping cost of 6,90€ will be charged.
The payment of the shipping costs of the goods by the Customer will be made using the payment method chosen when placing the order.
Attention:
-Customer agrees to accept the goods and make himself available for the withdrawal of the goods; otherwise, L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale reserves the right to charge him the costs related to the increase in delivery costs and any stock.
-In case of payment of the order made by Bank Transfer in Advance, Credit Card or PayPal, if the packages are visibly damaged or tampered with, the customer may refuse to withdraw the goods (indicating the reasons in writing on the goods delivery form at the time of the delivery attempt by the carrier's operator, and in the presence of the same) and must immediately send an email to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale to report the situation, detailing the reasons for the refusal to pick up the goods. In this case, the sums of money paid by the customer for the payment of the order will eventually be returned, after verification by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale of the actual state of the packages. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to photograph the state of the packages at the time of refusal to pick up the goods and attach the photographs in the reporting email to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale.
In the present hypothesis, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she has no right to claim any compensation and/or indemnity, except for the possible reimbursement of the sums of money paid, a reimbursement that, in view of the verification of the packages by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, may also be only partial. -In case of delivery of goods different from those ordered and paid for, immediately send an email to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, to make arrangements on how to redeliver the goods themselves. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she shall not be entitled to claim any compensation and/or indemnity due to the discrepancy of the goods delivered with respect to those ordered, except for the reimbursement of the sums of money paid, which reimbursement may also be only partial, if more products have been ordered and only some of them are different from those ordered (this clause also applies to the customer who has paid by COD).
-In the event that the customer provides L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale an incorrect address, or incorrect data or otherwise make it impossible for the carrier to deliver the goods, the goods will return to L.A.R. ITALY srl Unipersonale and the Customer acknowledges and accepts that he will be charged for the cost of double transport (round-trip of the goods), as well as withholding the sum of 10.00 (ten) Euros as an indemnity from the seller for breach of contract by the same Customer, who acknowledges and accepts that the order will be cancelled and that any difference between the total amount paid and the charges just described will be returned to him.
-In the rare event that the courier loses the goods L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale undertakes to return the sums of money paid to the Customer. In this case, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she has no right to claim any compensation and/or indemnity, except for the reimbursement of the sums of money paid.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
For consumers, i.e., those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, Legislative Decree February 2, 2002, No. 24 will apply. - Art. 1519-bis et seq. of the Civil Code. - (which provides extended warranty for two years under the conditions of the law).
For other purchasers, who usually buy with VAT registration, the legal warranties under articles 1490 et seq. c.c. (which provides for the extended warranty for one year under the conditions of the law) will apply.
L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale (on products pertaining to WWW.ANGELICO.IT website) guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery (hereinafter, the “L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale Warranty ”). Any defects covered by the warranty L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the products. In case of operation of the guarantee L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, the Customer shall only be entitled to the replacement of damaged products upon return of the same, being excluded the Customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products shall be borne by L.A.R.. ITALIA srl Unipersonale.
L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale in any case does not provide any warranty on products made by third parties in addition to that provided by the individual Manufacturers. Technical assistance and interventions under warranty on the latter products are carried out, where foreseen, by the individual Manufacturers, according to the terms and methods reported in the documentation attached to the products themselves.
Please note that no warranty, assistance or replacement will be provided in relation to any products received as a gift from the Customer by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
we have made every effort to ensure that the colors of the products contained on Angelico's website appear as close to reality as possible. However, because computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is perfectly accurate.
All items are quality checked for possible defects before they are shipped to the customer. Be sure to send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment so that the return is handled as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are properly protected in transit. Shoe boxes should be considered as part of the product, and for this reason a return cannot be accepted if the box is damaged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to current regulations, the Customer (if he/she qualifies as a “consumer” under Legislative Decree 206/2005 called Consumer Code) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer through his personal area within the period of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. Thereafter, the customer will be contacted by customer service to complete the procedure. (More detailed instructions at angelico.it/policies/refund-policy )
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, which will issue an email confirming acceptance of return.

The refund will be without the cost of shipping costs of the order.
For returns to Italy, once the email is received, the customer can make the return with his own carrier or use Angelico's contracted carrier at a subsidized rate of 9.90€.
The adherence to this transport agreement must be made in writing by e-mail to the e-mail address: customercare@angelico.it , communicating:
the pick-up date (minimum one working day after the date of the request)
the pickup address for the courier.
preferred time slot (minimum 4 hours).
This amount will be deducted from the amount due during reimbursement. In case the customer is not available at the first passage of the courier, he will deliver the package himself and will be charged a surcharge of 5 € for missed call. In case of shipping by own courier, the €9.90 fee (displayed on the site) will not be deducted from the refund.
For returns from abroad, the customer will be responsible for shipping the items at his own expense.
Returns should be sent to the following address :

At the time of the request (on the website) will be displayed a return fee, which will not be deducted from the 'final amount. The refund will therefore be made in the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs of the order).
Once received the products (and verified their integrity) L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale will, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 working days of notification of the return (excluding the time for re-crediting the payment service chosen to place the order), refund the Customer the cost of the returned products. Will be withheld, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs (including those of the return, in case of use of the agreed carrier) that will remain definitively borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event that the products purchased have been used or damaged by the Customer himself.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to the Customer who does not qualify as a “consumer” (according to the above-mentioned Legislative Decree) and who therefore purchases for purposes related to his business (e.g.: instrumental use, resale, etc.), communicating to L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale their VAT number and requesting the issuance of a tax invoice.
The time to obtain a refund once the return has been approved varies depending on the payment method chosen. Specifically, once the operators have checked the items received and closed the return file:
-Credit Card: The technical time for receiving a refund depends on the credit institution that issued the card. The refund may take up to 10 business days.
-PayPal: The refund will be made directly to the PayPal account used at the time of the order. It will be visible within 2 to 3 days.
-Klarna: The refund will be made through Klarna and will depend on the amount paid up to that point. For more info: https://www.klarna.com/it/servizio-clienti/
-Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery: To obtain a refund you will need to provide an IBAN on which you want to get the amount due. Our Customer Care will be responsible for contacting you to clarify the details necessary to finalize the refund.
Finally, the right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in the following cases:
-Purchase of packaged products, the original packaging of which has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer;
-Custom-made items
-Supply of complimentary products.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
For each order placed you declare that you accept the privacy policy (click on the link to view it), which is an integral part of this contract.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When You use the site services or purchase products on the site or send us electronic mail messages, You communicate with L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale electronically. L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale communicates with the Customer by Email or by posting notices on the site. For the purposes of these contractual conditions, the Customer agrees to receive communications from L.A.R.. ITALIA srl Unipersonale electronically and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications that L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale provides electronically satisfy the written form requirement of the law.
ACCESS TO THE SITE
L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale will make every effort to ensure that access to the site and site services is provided without interruption and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access and error-free transmission cannot be guaranteed.
In addition, access to the site and site services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow repair and maintenance work to be carried out.

Users also relieve L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale from any liability arising from damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, deletions of content, problems related to the network, providers or telephone and/or telematic connections, unauthorized access, alteration of data, failure and/or malfunction of the users' own electronic equipment.
FORCE MAJEURE.
The operator shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these general conditions if the delay or failure results from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Without prejudice to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale, it is as of now agreed that, should the liability of L.A.R. be established. ITALIA srl Unipersonale for any reason whatsoever towards the Customer - including the case of total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale towards the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - the responsibility of L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale shall not exceed the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute arose.
WAIVER
In the event of non-compliance by the Customer with these general conditions, the failure of L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale of the right to act against him, does not represent a waiver of the right to act for the breach of the commitments undertaken by them.
VARIATIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are the only terms and conditions applicable to you and supersede any other provision unless expressly waived by written agreement between the parties.
You will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions from time to time in effect at the time you use the site services or purchase products from the site.
L.A.R. ITALIA srl Unipersonale reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Users accessing the site agree to accept such changes without any reservation and/or restriction.
Therefore, such changes will be immediately enforceable against users, as of their dissemination on the site, but may not apply to orders previously concluded, to which the previous general conditions will apply, unless any changes are required by applicable law or by the competent Authorities (in which case, they will also apply to orders previously placed).
Should any provision of these general conditions be held invalid, declared null and void, or rendered unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such condition shall nevertheless not affect the validity and enforceability of the other general conditions of sale.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The laws of the Italian Republic shall apply to these General Conditions. Without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory provisions of law placed for the protection of consumers (as defined by current legislation), any dispute however related to these General Conditions, will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the TRIBUNAL OF BIELLA.
