Shipping policy

Deliveries are normally made by EXPRESS COURIER GLS, SDA, BRT, TNT or DHL ( for overseas).

If the customer has problems with availability, he/she can indicate when placing the order, the request for pickup at the courier's warehouse, or sending the package to a predefined access point or send a communication of the specific request to customer care by email to: customercare@angelico.it

Estimated delivery times are between 5 and 8 working days (excluding orders straddling holidays, which may be delayed by approximately an additional 5 days), unless impediments beyond the control of the courier company itself.

Shipping costs are free of charge, for deliveries made in Italy for receipts over €149 (vat incl); otherwise a transportation cost of €6.90 will be charged.

Cash on delivery will incur an additional charge of 5€. In this case only cash payments will be accepted.

At the time of shipment, the carrier's Track No. will be communicated and it will be possible to track the package on the carrier's portals. In case of absence of the recipient, the carrier, will leave a warning card and retry the delivery the next day.
