Refund policy
For returns, you must log in to your personal area using the same e-mail you entered during order confirmation.
Once you are logged in you can select the order you wish to request a return and proceed.
The request must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
For orders placed between 25/11/2025 and 18/12/2025, you will have 30 (thirty) days to return the products ordered.
For returns Italy
Returns can be made in two ways:
-By relying on a courier or Poste by sending the goods to ANGELICO L.A.R. ITALY SRL - VIA CAIROLI 164 - 13894 GAGLIANICO (BI) (shipping cost to be paid by the customer)
-Through our convention at a subsidized rate of €9.90. In this case, the label will be provided directly to the courier, so there will be no need to print anything and it will be necessary to send an email with subject return order no. to customercare@angelico.it specifying:
the pickup date (minimum one working day after the date of the request)
the pickup address for the courier.
preferred time slot (minimum 4 hours).
At the time of the request, the preferential rate (€9.90) will always be displayed on the website. Upon receipt of the goods, the return will be handled by imputing the chosen shipping method.
For foreign returns
Shipping will be borne and paid for by the customer. The goods must be shipped to the address: ANGELICO L.A.R. ITALIA SRL - VIA CAIROLI 164 - 13894 - GAGLIANICO (BI) - ITALY
At the time of the request (on the website) will be displayed a return fee, which will not be deducted from the 'final amount. The refund will therefore be made in the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs of the order)
For returns outside the EU, customs duties in the event of a return will be borne by Angelico.

Refunds
The time to obtain a refund once the return has been approved varies depending on the payment method chosen. Specifically, once the operators have checked the items received and closed the return file:
-Credit Card: The technical time to receive the refund depends on the credit institution that issued the card. The refund may take up to 10 business days.
-PayPal: The refund will be made directly to the PayPal account used at the time of the order. It will be visible within 2 to 3 days.
-Klarna: The refund will be made through Klarna and will depend on the amount paid up to that point. For more info: https://www.klarna.com/it/servizio-clienti/
-Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery: To obtain a refund you will need to provide an IBAN on which you want to get the amount due. Our Customer Care will be responsible for contacting you to clarify the details necessary to finalize the refund.
